Jill AND Mary

Jillian Noel Shennessy born 25th November, 1968 in Canada is a Canadian performer and actress who has been honored for her outstanding contributions to American television. The actress has made a household name for her performances in the roles of Claire Kincaid in Law & Order as well as Crossing Jordan. Hennessy also showed off her talents in films like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted, Chutney Popcorn, and The Acting Class. She also wrote and directed these films. Hennessy began her acting career in the role of an actress Dead Ringers with her sister. She had a brief stint on Broadway in the musical Buddy The Buddy Holly Story in 1990. The Buddy Holly Story in 1990 before moving into the sci-fi world in 1993 playing the role of Dr. Marie Lazarus in RoboCop 3. Her big break came later that year when she joined the cast of the cult NBC crime drama Law & Order as assistant district attorney Claire Kincaid. Parker received an Tony Award in 2001 for Best Actress, for her performance as Proof in the musical Proof on Broadway.
