Winona-Ryder
Winona Laura Horowitz who is professionally known by the name Winona Ryder was born in Winona Minnesota. Her parents named her for the town she grew up in. His father Michel Horowitz and her mother Cynthia Palmer were authors and editors. Ryder is a Jew. Ryder believes that her father came from a Jewish origin. She is the younger sister of Uria as well as two half siblings Jubal and Sunyata. Ryder along with her whole family moved to Mendocino County in California at the age of seven. Ryder was seven. At the time, there were no electric lights. Ryder who loved reading when she was 12 years old, became a reader because Ryder was not able to access television. In 1983 when she was 12 Ryder joined the American Conservatory Theatre to take acting classes. In 1986, she got her first role on the big screen in the movie Lucas she was only fifteen years old. Ryder experienced bullying at high school. Her acting career, she hoped that it would aid her. Unfortunately, that did not occur. It didn't stop her from making plans for her future. Her breakthrough came with Tim Burton's Beetlejuice in the year 1988. Ryder was able to continue playing characters that made a splash in several movies. In 1993 Ryder was twice nominated to win Academy Awards. One of them for her role In The Age of Innocence.
